Theo X

Theo’s long journey to becoming a professional writer has seen him work in various menial
jobs, such as stacking chairs in a chair factory, packing paper plates into paper boxes, and other
roles that involved stacking or packing one thing or another. A further decade spent
interacting with the public in bars and nightclubs as a bouncer gave Theo the inspiration for a
plethora of vivid characters and situations.

Having grown weary of the drunks and vomit, Theo took steps to change his life. This was not easy since he had been a teenage runaway and was unaware that he was dyslexic until the age of 26. Theo taught himself how to read and write, which he did by copying out the dictionary... twice. After that, the rest was simple.

Theo teamed up with Charles Kirby and Andrew Kevin Fawn to create a podcast, ‘This British Life.’ Together, they decided to use their contrasting life experiences to create their own projects, including the sitcom pilot ‘The Social Contract’ and the sci-fi drama ‘OCAS’.

Charles Kirby

Charles Kirby is a writer and podcaster who graduated in 2015 with an MA in screenwriting.
He began working as a script reader before transitioning into script development. Afterwards, Charles worked as a scriptwriter for two separate production companies, where he developed several short- and feature-length films and television shows.

Recently, Charles has decided to refocus on writing and creating his own comedy projects. He has scripted several YouTube sketches and written a non-broadcast sitcom pilot that was produced.

In addition, he has spent the last few years as a co-host on the ‘This British Life’ podcast with his writing partners, Theo and Andrew. Together, they have written and produced several projects, including the independent pilot ‘The Social Contract’ and ‘OCAS’, an audio drama, which was released by Big Finish Productions in Spring 2025.

Andrew Kevin Fawn

Born in a seaside town to a decidedly non-showbiz family, Andrew was blessed with a wild
imagination but cursed with no clue what to do with it until he discovered that writing is
something you can actually do for a living (he had assumed you needed permission).

Andrew’s first script was produced straight after he graduated from university, so he naively assumed that writing was easy. It would be five years before he got anything else made. During that time, Andrew gained experience as a casting director and occasional producer while working on his writing, and eventually, all that patience and practice paid off.

Career highlights include writing material for the long-running BBC panel show ‘Have I Got News For You’ (2015-2019), co-creating ‘OCAS’, a dystopian sci-fi audio drama, for Big Finish Productions, and co-writing several indie films.
